No. As much as we love our furry companions, we can no longer allow pets inside the resort. A few months in operation, we've had owners put their cute pets on top of the dining tables and on the beds. There were also instances where owners brought their dogs in the pool. Pet waste was often left unattended.
In order to avoid any issues such as pet allergies, sanitation, etc., we decided to prohibit bringing in of pets. We understand that some people will be disappointed by this restriction, but please leave your pets at home.
Pets include, but are not limited to: dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles.

No, we do not serve food at the resort. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks (no corkage fee). You can also cook at the resort; we have a gas stove that you can use. We also have a BBQ grill and refrigerator that you can use free of charge.
There are a few restaurants like Max's Restaurant, near the resort (about a 5 to 20 minute drive). We suggest using Google Maps or Waze to find nearby restaurants.

If you will be needing catering services or food delivery, we have a few contacts that we can refer. Contact details will be provided as soon as your reservation has been confirmed. Kindly coordinate directly with our catering partners for rates and planning.
There's a wet market (palengke) (open until 10:30am) about 10 minutes away and a Robinson's supermarket 15 minutes away without traffic. There are also convenience stores like 7-Eleven nearby. For directions, we suggest using Google Maps or Waze.
We only have the basics: medium-sized pot & pan, knife, and chopping board. Please feel free to bring your own as needed.
Please be informed that you are not allowed to bring your own stove (gas & electric).
We only allow 1 car to be parked inside the resort. We have a parking lot across the street, exclusive for guests of Al Fresco Springs. Vehicles can also be safely parked along the curb just outside the resort; there should be more than enough space.
We are located in a guarded subdivision, where guards patrol throughout the day and night, so rest assured your vehicles will be safe.
There is no charge for parking.
Please remember to bring your own towels, toiletries, and tableware, as these are not provided by the resort.
Blankets are available upon request from the caretaker for no extra charge. Pillows and bed sheets are provided.
Rates & Payment
Most online banking platforms allow international/external transfers. We also accept payments made through money transfer services such as Western Union. If you prefer to pay by credit card, our properties are currently listed on popular booking sites such as Agoda and AirBnB.
Day tour (8am-5pm) is only available for non-holiday weekdays (i.e. Monday - Friday) at Al Fresco 1.. Requests for overnight (22hr) bookings will be prioritized over day tour bookings.
Generally, no. We are unable to offer different time slots other than 7pm-5pm (22hrs; Al Fresco 1 only) and 2pm-11am (21hrs; Al Fresco 2 only).
Requests for a different check-in time can only be made 1 day prior to your check-in date. If your request is approved, your check-out time will be adjusted accordingly to fit 22/21 hours. Extension fee (₱900/hr) will apply if the duration of your stay exceeds 22hrs (Al Fresco 1) or 21 hrs (Al Fresco 2).
If you end up arriving earlier than your assigned check-in time, we may not be able to accommodate you immediately since our caretakers will be busy cleaning and preparing the place for your stay. You may only enter the premises at the discretion of the caretakers. If you have been approved to enter early, an extension fee (₱900/hr) will apply.
We always consider the comfort and enjoyment of our guests. We have set the maximum number of pax based on the size of the resort (size of rooms & common areas), SAFETY (e.g. fire safety), and our own experience.
For Al Fresco Springs 1: 20 pax. For Al Fresco Springs 2: 25 pax.
We require all guests to give us the number of people in their group when making a reservation. Please be as honest and accurate as possible. The caretakers will be doing a headcount.
If you exceed the pax limit of the resort, each additional pax will be charged an entrance fee of ₱500.
For example, if you end up bringing 30 pax to Al Fresco Springs 2, you will be charged ₱2500. This entrance fee will be charged regardless if the guest will be staying overnight or not.
The Absolute maximum is 25 pax for Al Fresco 1 and 30 pax for Al Fresco 2. Any excess of this limit will be denied entry, even if you’re willing to pay the extra charges. This is for your own safety and comfort.
Extra charge for extra pax aims to deter overcapacity. As stated above, we strongly value the safety and comfort of our guests. This entrance fee is non-negotiable.
