Step 1: Pick a date and time slot
Our time slots range from daytime (8am-5pm) and 22hrs. You can find available dates on our availability calendar. Choose from the slots marked as "Available".Open Calendar
Step 2: Inform us that you want to book those dates
Tell us that date(s) you want to book and for how many pax.

Step 3: Wait for our banking information to be sent to you
As soon as we confirm that your desired date(s) is available, we will create a pencil booking for you.
This is a temporary reservation that only lasts for 24 hours. We will then send you the banking details
for the deposit/reservation fee (50% down payment).
Be wary of scammers. The banking information should ONLY come from our OFFICIAL email address (email@example.com), phone numbers (as posted on our website), and Facebook page (fb.com/alfrescosprings).
Step 4: Pay the reservation fee
Follow the payment instructions sent to you and make a deposit amounting to 50% of the agreed rate. The remaining balance shall be
paid to the caretaker upon arrival at the resort.
We currently accept payments made through BDO, BPI, GCash, and credit card (via a trusted payment gateway).
Step 5: Send us the proof of deposit
A deposit slip will usually be given when you make a deposit. Email a picture/scan of the slip to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 6: Wait for a booking confirmation
Once we have confirmed your 50% deposit, we will lock in your reserved dates and send you a booking
This email contains important information about your stay such as check-in, check-out times and general policies.
You can rest easy once you have booked your stay. We strongly advise our guests to review our rental rules and the "during your stay" guide at the bottom of the accommodations page. Don't forget to bring cash for the remaining balance (to be paid upon arrival at the resort), and for any optional charges if you plan to avail of them.
